Our company

Our people are our business and we take their training very seriously. Our coaches are CRB-registered, they also hold Public Liability Insurance as well as being members of the British Rope Skipping Association. Our coaches are conscientious, competent and confident and have skipped at hundreds and hundreds of events, in schools and clubs, across the country and bring with them not only years of experience but experience of all types of coaching, with adults and children alike, at all levels. 

Sports Skipping 4 Schools was set up by George Kubu in 2005 to promote the benefits of skipping to schools. Today schools are facing increasing pressure to manage childrens' welfare like at no time before; this factor, coupled with unprecedented levels of obesity in our children, ever-decreasing funding for sports in schools and diminished external facilities and resources all point to the need for a simple and, importantly, sustainable activity in schools. 

We think that our skipping system offers ALL children access to an activity that can bring exceptional benefits to school and child alike in so many different ways, that is fantastically cost-effective yet remains hugely fun.
