But if you're feeling down - and back to work after the Christmas festivities is a usual 'slump' time - then just 5 minutes of doing something active a day can definitely help to improve your outlook in general.
We've found a brilliant article on "What happens to our brains when we exercise and how it makes us happier" that we'd like to share with you because we genuinely believe in the principle of 'doing' rather than 'don't-ing'! You can read more about it here from our wise friends at BufferSocial.
And if you're subsequently motivated to try something, just anything to get you up and about, then a little dose of the programme we posted last week will set you on the path to greatness. Or if not quite that, then at least to 'definitely feeling better about yourself-ness'!
Check you've got the right equipment - right size rope - and let your body know you love it!
