Showing children how application and dedication leads to progression and resolution has never been easier with the Olympics and Paralympics leading the way this summer 2012. But we have to acknowledge that it's certainly difficult for schools to find an activity that can cover many bases ie. an activity that's quick to learn but takes time to master (and so provides successive challenges), an activity that can be tried by everyone, an activity that is physically extremely effective as well as cost-effective and moreover is FUN......
Well, we definitely think that our Skipping4School skipping programmes have carved their own niches in schools and children are skipping their little hearts out in playgrounds across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Kent, Cheshire, Leeds, Manchester, London, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Liverpool, Lancashire, Co. Durham, Portsmouth, Tyne and Wear.....we've been skipping all over England this year and are dedicated to bringing skipping into playgrounds in even more schools!
If you are interested in finding out more information on how we can bring a skipping fest into your school, drop us a line here.
Let's capitalise on the momentum started by the Games and bring a little Olympic fervour into your school!
