Serena Williams has been in the news on her fantastic chances of taking the Wimbledon Championships this year. We're sure it will prove an powerful and exciting competition..... but we're much more impressed that Serena's fitness programme includes skipping...or jump rope as she would say!
Her skipping workout looks like she's going for it with an intense single bounce, but look how high she is off the ground! A great indicator of personal fitness, skipping (or jumping rope) is a brilliant workout, whether you have only 1, 3 or 10 minutes available daily. Anytime, any place, anywhere...that seems to be Serena's view of skipping as well as ours!
