A quick selection of tips from our very own Skip...

Add a name tag!

To make sure you can tell your rope apart from anyone elses, slide one handle down and simply wrap a sticker with your name on around the cord, beneath the plastic toggle at the end of the rope.

Once the sticker is in place, slide the handle back up and make sure it turns smoothly, checking it doesn't catch when skipping. Easy when you know how!

Wear it like a belt!

When you're not skipping, simply tie your rope around your waist using a simple overhand knot, but wrap the rope around the knot twice to keep it tight and out of the way. Easy when you know how!
